I recently purchased a item from this store, and let me tell you, it was a disaster. The build of the product was shockingly low. It was clearly made with cheap materials. I tried to get a refund, but that was just as bad. The staff were completely incompetent. They gave me the runaround. This entire experience has left me frustrated.
